History of Absolute Health Care
Vicki Geisler, President & CEO, began her career in the health care industry over 36 years ago as a Registered Nurse. About 15 years ago, she decided to formulate a program that would address the growing needs of the home health care patient. This program turned into the home health care company it is today, Absolute Health Care.
Absolute Health Care was founded and incorporated in October 1993. The company started as a small entrepreneurial venture located in Vicki’s home. As the demand for Vicki’s services and expertise began to grow, she decided to lease office space and bring on another employee to help, her husband Ron. Ron and Vicki now collaborate along with the other administrators to provide more individualized care and support for their clients and their family members.
With a growing company in her hands, Vicki decided to move the company from its original location to a larger business space in the heart of South Orange County. The company is located near Laguna Woods at 584 Wald, Irvine, CA 92618.
Vicki is proud to say the principles that established the company all those years ago are still the same today. Empowering the clients freedom of choice, fostering individuality, and treating the clients with dignity and respect are just a few of those principles.
Because of Vicki’s passion for what she does and her love for her clients, Absolute Health Care has grown into one of the most popular and dedicated home health care agencies in Orange County and Southern California.
