Q: What area does your service cover?
A: Our service covers all of Orange County, from San Clemente to Long Beach.
Q: How does your service work?
A: First we identify the client’s needs and design a plan of care that will meet those needs. Next, we match the client with a caregiver who is best suited to provide the requested services. Then, we routinely assess and monitor the service to assure the plan continues to meet the client’s needs.
Q: Who provides these services?
A: Our service includes caregivers, companions, CNA's, and HHA's who all work at a non-skilled level. We place a caregiver in your home based upon two things: the level of care needed and matching the right caregiver's personalities to the clients.
Q: How much do these services cost?
A: Our rates are based upon time rendered by each caregiver. Rates vary depending on the services you receive. Please contact us so that we can give you an accurate quote based on your individual needs.
Q: How do I get billed for the service?
A: You will be invoiced on a bi-weekly basis for the hours you verified on the caregivers time sheet. Your signature on the time sheet validates the hours worked by the caregiver.
