Diverse:
Absolute Health Care's service consists of more than 150 unique and diverse caregivers who possess a wide-range of interests, personalities, and professional backgrounds. There will be several caregivers who will support and enhance the care your loved one receives.
Experienced:
There is no substitute for experience and that is why Absolute Health Care only works with caregivers who have at least one full year of caregiving experience. All references are checked to verify the quality of service the caregiver provided previously. The majority of our caregivers have worked in the industry for more than three years, either through caregiving experiences or through pursuing their education in the medical field. Each caregiver at Absolute Health Care has a great passion for the work they do.
Screened:
Before working with of Absolute Health Care's clients, each caregiver undergoes an extensive screening process beyond the initial interview. The caregivers are required to have a current TB test and Live Scan Finger prints, which provides them with clearance through the F.B.I. and U.S. Department of Justice.
Bonded & Insured:
Each caregiver at Absolute Health Care is bonded and insured to ensure the peace of mind and quality of care your loved deserves.
Trained:
The majority of our caregivers are CPR trained and First Aid Certified. Furthermore, many of them are Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Assistants (HHA). Each of the caregivers that come to work with Absolute Health Care have at least one year of home health care experience which they have acquired through their various nursing and professional backgrounds.
